Dans une p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9organisation politique, il fit preuve de clairvoyance et de d\u00e9termination. <\/p>\n<p>Sous son r\u00e8gne, la structure interne du pays a \u00e9t\u00e9 consolid\u00e9e. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son habilet\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique, il a agrandi les possessions de la maison Wettin et a pos\u00e9 les bases de structures stables en d\u00e9veloppant de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e l&rsquo;administration. <\/p>\n<p>Son nom figure sur l&rsquo;un de nos mod\u00e8les de montres, en hommage \u00e0 son r\u00f4le d&rsquo;architecte d&rsquo;une gouvernance stable du
